The Dubai Developers Awards is an independent industry ranking based on the opinions of real estate professionals actively working in the UAE property market.
Unlike rankings created by editorial teams, advertising partners or developers themselves, our results are determined through structured voting by licensed and active real estate brokers.
Our mission is simple: to recognize developers who consistently deliver outstanding value to buyers, investors and the brokerage community.
Who Can Vote?
Voting is intended exclusively for real estate brokers and professionals working in the UAE property market. Participants may include:
- Licensed real estate brokers
- Sales managers
- Team leaders
- Brokerage owners
- Property consultants
- Other qualified industry professionals
To help maintain the quality and credibility of the rankings, we reserve the right to verify participants and reject suspicious or duplicate submissions.
How Developers Are Evaluated
Rather than assigning arbitrary scores, participants vote for the developers they believe perform best in specific categories. Each category represents an important aspect of the customer and broker experience. Current award categories include:

- Most Liquid Developer
- Best Payment Plan
- Fastest Construction Delivery
- Best Broker Service
- Fastest Commission Payments
- Best Broker Commission Terms
- Best Amenities & Infrastructure
- Best Promise-to-Reality Delivery

Voting Process
Each participant selects one developer for every category. Developers are presented through an autocomplete search to ensure consistent naming and reduce duplicate entries. Each completed survey is recorded and processed before the ranking is calculated. To protect the integrity of the awards, duplicate, fraudulent or suspicious votes may be excluded from the final results.
Ranking Calculation
For every category, each valid vote counts equally, votes are aggregated, and developers are ranked according to the total number of valid votes received. Only the highest-ranked developers are publicly displayed:

- 🥈 Second Place
- 🥉 Third Place

Independence
The Dubai Developers Awards is an independent industry initiative. Developers cannot purchase rankings or influence voting results. Advertising, sponsorship or partnership agreements do not affect the outcome of any category. The voting results reflect only the opinions submitted by qualified market participants.
Verification & Quality Control
To maintain confidence in the rankings, we continuously monitor voting quality. Our verification process may include duplicate detection, suspicious activity analysis, manual review of unusual voting patterns, and validation of participant information where appropriate. Votes identified as fraudulent or manipulative may be removed without notice.
Awards
Top-ranked developers receive official recognition within their respective categories. Award winners may request official digital badges for use on company websites, presentations, brochures, marketing materials and social media. Badge usage is subject to the Dubai Developers Awards guidelines.
Ranking Updates
Rankings are published on a regular basis. Available periods may include Quarterly, Half-Year, Annual and All-Time. New categories and historical comparisons may be added as the project evolves.
Transparency
We believe that trust is built through transparency. For this reason we publicly describe how votes are collected, who is eligible to participate, how rankings are calculated, and how suspicious votes are handled. Our methodology will continue to evolve as the project grows while preserving the core principle: independent rankings created by the professionals who work with Dubai developers every day.
