Official Dubai Developers Awards badges recognize developers who have achieved outstanding results based on independent voting by real estate professionals. These guidelines explain how award badges may be used.
Eligibility
Only officially recognized winners may use Dubai Developers Awards badges. Recognition includes First Place Winner, Top 3 Recognition, Category Winner and Special Recognition Awards. Badge usage is available only after official confirmation from Dubai Developers Awards.
Approved Usage
Award badges may be displayed on official company websites, landing pages, sales presentations, company brochures, marketing materials, press releases, email signatures, social media, exhibition stands and digital advertising.
Badge Integrity
Official badges must always be displayed in their original design, maintain original proportions, remain clearly readable, and include the official year and category. Badges may be resized but must not be distorted.
Prohibited Use
Badges may not be modified, redrawn, recoloured, animated without written permission, combined with other award logos, used to imply awards that were not received, or used after permission has been withdrawn.
Award Years
Badges are issued for a specific voting period, for example: Best Construction Quality 2026, Best Payment Plan 2026, Top 3 Investment Developer 2026. Previous years' badges may continue to be displayed provided they clearly indicate the year awarded.
Digital Files
Approved winners may receive official badge files suitable for websites (SVG), print (PDF), high-resolution PNG and transparent PNG. Additional formats may be provided upon request.
Verification
To protect the credibility of the awards, third parties may verify badge authenticity through the official Dubai Developers Awards website. Each badge may include the award year, award category, developer name and a verification URL. Future versions may also include QR code verification.
Requesting an Official Badge
If your company has received an official award, you may request the corresponding badge package. Please include your company name, award category, award year and contact details. Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate badge files if eligibility is confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All Dubai Developers Awards badges, designs and related branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Permission to use a badge does not transfer ownership of the artwork or trademark. Dubai Developers Awards reserves the right to update badge designs and branding standards.
